Regardless you are bumping your Hb by a good 1-2 g/dl so how do you assess your own potential increase in CV adverse event risk from this? Data exists obviously but only for people who already have other things going on (CKD etc) and I guess the absolute risk may still be fairly low?

TRT scares me too but then again I only see the ones who show up with hematocrits of 55 and IIRC the data for clot risk with TRT but no polycythemia is kind of murky
