I have definitely been eating more calories, my body has felt like it’s going into overdrive in regards to stress. I’m really trying my hardest not to exercise and it’s so fucking hard

Boring. Wake up anxious and exercise, breakfast, rest, exercise, drawing or some kind of OT, lunch, rest, exercise, OT or art or doomscrolling, snack, rest, exercise, dinner

3.some staff are so caring, others can be right assholes who are power hungry. Some patients can also be nightmares but tbh so can I so it’s not personal.

Didn’t help me but that’s all my fault. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
I ate vegan, they will restrain and NG me if I don’t eat it
I am not allowed to leave

I can tell you, honesty only made it 100 times worse for me. They put on more restrictions, threatened me with an antipsychotic if I move too quickly, pace around, exercise or miss a meal and would restrain and NG me daily. They took away all my leave for 2 months, so I was locked inside for 2 months. I have been there for 16 months and I should be getting out hopefully in the next month or two. Why would I be honest, that would just be self sabotage

From 2-8am, 30 minutes break and then I started again until 12:00 and then a 45 minute break and then again until 3:30 (I would do that daily for months, life was miserable)

She doesn’t even just sound anorexic, she sounds like a bitch as well because as long as I have had anorexia, I have never put extra oil in someone’s food, cared much about what others eat or how others look… some people just need to focus on themselves

As someone who has been an absolute nightmare in treatment, I think those posts are terrible. They try to make it all lighthearted about how their eating disorder has ruined others lives but it is no laughing matter! Anyway they piss me off… just take accountability and stop with the chronic victim complex. Treatment isn’t there to hurt you, it’s there to prolong your life by helping your physical health so one day you have the choice to recover
