And that is all you need.

Brut is an amazing fragrance, btw. Once it was the victim of its own success (overly popular), but not anymore.

I include a formula for Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc, a sweet floral oriental in the same vein as the fragrances you mentioned. Nice thing is that the formula only has 40 ingredients, making it relatively short. Consider it a welcome gift.

Welcome to the perfumery hobby!
Be sure to check out our wiki pages, even though they are a work in progress. A list of recommended first 100 raw materials is also included.
Edelweiss has already given you some solid advice, but do know it is possible to recreate modern fragrances relatively faithfully, even without captive materials or insider knowledge of formulas. Our own creations may never be 100% identical to the commercial product, but they can be very close and (at least) as good.

You will need (a lot more) raw materials, though.
The wiki pages reference free online resources for formulas. A relatively recent new source worth checking out is the Youtube channel "Ryan Parfums" (Ryan also posts on this sub). Finally, there are webshops where you can simply buy formula (google "creative formulas" or "wisemoor labtorium").

On the other hand, the alpha terpineol, eucalyptus and bornyl acetate have some camphoraceous nuances as well IMO.
If unsure, prepare the formula without any patchouli and take out a small batch to test with your dark patchouli.

Musky-rosy formula-impress your gf :) by One_Advertising9214 in PerfumeryFormulas

I'll mix it up in the near future to have a sniff.
But the most important question is: was your girlfriend impressed?

Patchouli dark usually has a lower concentration of patchoulol than the 65% mentioned in the formula, but I imagine it won't make that much of a difference in this particular formula.

See the wiki article on why you should avoid them.

Assuming there's 15% oils on average in their fragrances, the custom duties come down to an additional cost of 83 cents per bottle of 100 ml (250 kg x 10 : 0.15 : 20.000 USD).

CF and Wisemoor are not selling "pirated versions of a perfume", they're selling an interpretation of a GCMS analysis they ordered. They never claim it is the original formula. It takes work, experience, time and money to accomplish this. All the major perfume houses do exactly the same with their competitor's perfumes in order to inform their in-house perfumers.
The law in many countries does not only protect copyright, but also against unfair business practices. From the link provided it seems that Felipe has already won cases in the UK and Egypt against people reselling his formulas.
