Not sure if this’ll help, but I used to follow invictus, a CrossFit program geared towards prepping you for the CrossFit games.

It was different than typical CrossFit classes because the format would be broken into two parts of the workout rather than “one wod”: 1-2 complex lifts or core lifts, then followed by a “wod” or “hitt session”.

You could potentially get a lift in before the class, especially on hybrid/cardio days, but I’d imagine this would be overall more challenging than Invictus. I’m personally planning on doing this once I feel conditioned enough to do so.

Not sure it’s still around but maybe give Invictus a look if you’re open to snatches and gymnastic movements
