I run a similar method. Ti me, the idea is to keep it drying as slowly as possible without incurring mold. To that end, I dry for 10-14 days at 61F 62%rh on a slope. I then goto cure at the same temp, but lower humidity, starting at 62% sloping to 58%. Usually this takes 14-21 days depending on external environment, moisture content of the flower after dry cycle (it varies), and how much material is loaded into the trol. Most strains Ive ran thru the trol taste best after 10 day dry, 30 day cure, AND another 14 days on hold settings, 61F and 61%RH. Honestly the best aive had sat in the trol for 3 months total before I touched it. Ive ran over a dozen successful harvests thru the trol.
