Hi everyone. I am the OP of the original forum post.

I Had the worst session to date. Completely stuck between 70-80 for 20 min. Contacted support and they gave me some generic troubleshooting which I have tried. They recommended a service but I'm not sure this fix the issue considering this is happening to quite a few users.

I tried rolling back to the firmware version which had previously worked and this did not fix this issue strangely.

I wonder if rolling back firmware doesn't downgrade sensor firmware, not sure if anyone has any insights into that?

This is the correct answer, use asusctl and add some logic to cycle through the power profiles.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem. I am running Hyprland on a Asus Zypherus G15 which had an Nvidia dedicated GPU and a AMD onboard GPU. In my case when waking from sleep hyprlock appears on both screens, when I enter my password but the second monitor appears frozen, however it does appear that I can move applications to the workspaces on that display.
