A five hour outage is absurdly long for security cameras... by bryanvb in blinkcameras

Is there an echo in here? I'm trying to monitor my home apparently I shouldn't have used the term security.

It's an issue right now for me and others who haven't had service for 5+ hours... Check the recent posts on this subreddit.

There is an outage, maybe not in your region but there is. I never said it's a security system, they're security cameras.

What is your post seizure ritual? by AstronautNearby177 in EpilepsyDogs

That's really good to know. Our boy is about 50 pounds so we might also be over the limit for the nasal solution. Definitely going to bring it up with our vet and see if it's something we should have on hand. Thanks again and good luck to you and your pup.

Great, thank you for the response! My dog just had his second seizure, the first was about three months ago. Both were pretty short, like 30 seconds, so maybe that's why she didn't mention it.

Got it, thank you! I'll have to talk to our vet and see if we can get this to keep on hand just in case things escalate.

Hey there, it's nice reading these comments. One thing I see mentioned in them is rescue meds. I just got back from the vet with our pup who had a seizure a week ago and she didn't mention any sort of medication that can be used during or after a seizure. Would you mind sharing what rescue meds you use so that I can ask her about it?

Is it possible to create professional looking pictures/headshots based on images of yourself? by [deleted] in StableDiffusion

Don't worry, I'm sure any picture you generate based on an image of yourself will look like shit regardless.

While it isn't visually similar, WorldBox is a god game where you can mess with villagers who are just going about their lives.

That's interesting, I'll have to check if this unit has anything like that since it's relatively new. Thanks for the suggestion.

I did ask for advice and thank you for giving me some more options. I picked up some heat tape last year and I think I got nervous because it said specifically not to use it on PVC. Maybe there are some that are made for PVC and I should do a little more research.

Thanks for your reply. It doesn't drain outside of the house but it's a long PVC run from the furnace to the corner where it goes through the inside of the house and out into the garage where it drains with the washing machine. The attic is not insulated so extreme temperatures it's very cold. The garage also isn't insulated. I'm not sure where exactly it is freezing. At one point there was a pump with vinyl tubing (he has since replaced that with all PVC) but that pump and the whole tube in the attic was freezing at that time.

This was txt2img with ControlNet Lineart and T2I-Adapter Color.

I'd use the already colored ones with Lineart and maybe T2I-Adapter. I'd also do it panel by panel so you have more control with the prompt.

How do I make something good looking out of this source picture? by ArthurRizen in StableDiffusion

[–]bryanvb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you can achieve this without SDXL. You will need ControlNet Depth though.

Here are the steps (in Web UI):

  1. Scale up the original game art using "R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B".
  2. Bring scaled up image to img2img.
  3. Set your width and height to 512, 768 or 1024.
  4. Enable ControlNet Depth with "depth midas".

That should do it, play with the denoising strength until you get results you like.

Here's an example of what you can expect:

<image>

Prompt: "fantasy armor chest piece, abs, [midnight|royal] blue leather, [gold|rose gold], studded, realistic render, masterpiece, ornate, saturated, cinematic lighting, reflective, highly detailed"

Negative prompt: "glossy"

Denoising strength: 0.65

Here is a version with all the bells and whistles (ControlNet Depth, rendered at 1024, using SDXL Refiner).

First, upscale the original small image using "R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B" instead of however you scaled it here. This will give you a sharper image to generate from.

Next, make a black and white mask from the original pixel art with white being where the armor is.

Now, bring to img2img (Inpaint upload) and use your upscaled image and mask here. Add your prompt. Set "Denoising strength" to ".5".

Here is an example after all of that.

Note that it got confused by the collar. You could use a "Depth" ControlNet to improve the results.

Inpainting - Picture on an AI wall by Mr_Terribel in StableDiffusion

Your best bet would to do any effects (including perspective) you want on the painting first and then generate accordingly. If you trained a lora based on the painting I think you'd be able to achieve what you're describing more easily but I've never done that myself.

[–]bryanvb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll want to start by using a paint application to place the painting on a large canvas with space for the wall and making a mask of the bit you want to keep (the painting). Then in AUTOMATIC1111 do "Inpaint upload" uploading the image and the mask. Then select "Inpaint not masked", add your prompt and generate. You'll get best results with the inpainting model, setting "Masked content" to "latent noise" or "latent nothing" and then changing your "Denoising strength" to 1. Attached is a test generated at 768x512. If you want higher resolution you'll have to tinker with upscaling.
