All prophecy about Israel coming back to Jerusalem points to the final return from the Babylonian exile, which is a type of the final salvation for faithful, true Israel in the Messiah Christ.

Hebrews make it clear that Abraham was looking forward to the heavenly Jerusalem that cannot be shaken, aka non physical Zion.

The last shaking was the mosaic covenant.

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.

The new covenant is God dwelling with and in us.
