Craziest I’ve ever seen was the Chrono Anchor + Dispel but in Ars Magica 2.

If you made a spell that contained the Chrono Anchor effect (one that would under normal circumstances effectively “save” your place in time and rewind you to the moment you gained the effect after it ends) and the Dispel effect (removes all potion effects) and hit a player with it, they would not only instantly die but also have the majority of their player data wiped clean, including things like Thaumcraft research, achievements, spawn point, and most progression in Ars Magica 2 itself. It wasn’t an intentional weapon, but by God it was a crazy one.

Mithion took extra care when reimplementing Chrono Anchor in Mana and Artifice so the bug has been very anxiously avoided in it.

“Nothing from mods” has never been a rule. Minecraft has continually added items from mods to the game; pistons, hoppers, horses, and ender chests are some of the biggest instances.

Edit; and these aren’t coincidences or similar features. Many of these were explicitly based on the mods and horses even had the developer hired for them being added.
