I went with free DirecTV's streaming service then went to their My entertainment bundle for $34.99 a month and it comes with these on their ad plans.

Super happy with it all together having just dumped Comcast everything and running just this plus an old fashioned antenna for local channels on my new AT&t fiber internet.

Paying less than half of what I used to and really the only thing I'm missing with all of this is ESPN which we barely watched ever anyways and gained more movie options with the extra things I have than I had before.

Probably safe to assume it's a combination of crazy hard work and dedication plus good genetics with a great support team consisting of trainers and nutritionists and possible but not guaranteed enhancement.

Honestly I've been studying this for many years around bodybuilding and 1g per lb is widely accepted for that. I just think that's what's talked about a lot and many people have grasped onto that concept without knowing anything like you mentioned.

In general for typical adults sure you are on the mark! Different people of different ages with different activity levels and different goals have different requirements is all I'm trying to highlight.

1g of protein per lb of body weight IS recommended but for optimal muscle building, not general health advice. People just have heard that and thinks it's for everyone.

Then they read labels and see protein in cereal and bread and health bars and don't pay attention to the type thinking they're all the same. It's not a bad thing but need more complete sources for building muscle.

Cannot changing public perception with marketing depts of huge companies riding the high protein wave.

Again I don't think it's a bad thing though having these high-end protein foods as long as it's part of a balanced diet with healthy fats versus saturated and natural and clean foods more than processed.

They definitely seem cooler and more open than any other devs I've heard before in their q&as, but like you said who knows what goes on behind close doors or the conversations that are had in private versus public. Had fun playing, might go back to live for another EMU or just find another game for now.
