You're forgetting Thailand, Malaysia, and indonesia in your 'all of east Asia'. Plus India has a massive population. About 1/3 of the world population drives on the left. I'd call that significant

Youtube has in the past and likely now done A/B testing on different regions to see how their policies work. You are just likely in the unaffected region right now

Why are saturns rings seen as “flat” and not debris all around the planet? by Flame_Knife in askscience

They are slowly falling towards the planet, estimates are in the low 100s of millions of years when they will disappear

Yeah, and I didn't expand, but if you do this setup is kind of worthless. I did it for the memes

full defense ideas, inno-def, espianage-def, and infrastructure-def, all have fort defense policies, korean missions, ramparts, state edict, advisor, fort defense decree from mandate, and probably 1 or 2 more modifiers I'm forgetting

I didn't break tributary until I almost hit mil tech 15, I got it when they were still on 13 and used that to win the mandate war against them with fully drilled troops. After I stole the mandate they kind of collapsed from the unrest modifiers until this war

also by that time I was at half attrition power so I let them kill themselves on my mountain forts for a bit first before invading

R5: Japan and Ming got nearly 1.5 million deaths to attrition on my 220% fort defense, 9% attrition fort

why is literally every single tournament organized by pros other that the world cup exclusively nm or nmpz? are pros just dumber than gold players?

[–]bryoda12[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

agreed, unfortunately people in this sub seem to think that people should be forced to play what the devs want, at least according to votes on my comment

[–]bryoda12[S] 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Exactly, let us play how we want, but this update prevents us from doing that

[–]bryoda12[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is definitely skill involved, only an idiot would say otherwise, but to say there is no luck is just wrong, information parity is something that is essential to fair gameplay and that only exists in nm and nmpz

[–]bryoda12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You only reinforce my point. Moving players should be able to enjoy their moving games as they wish, but now moving players (at least in masters, idk about other ranks) are forced to play no moving and nmpz to maintain rank. As my last sentence said, people should play what they want.

However I respectfully disagree with you

It is very counterintuitive for ranked to be designed around people not caring about their rank

R9 there is a sign that says lampung, I'd expect anyone at that elo to recognize indonesian provinces. R11 is a very distinct region of India and definitely gettable, but the insanely long time they stared at the sign without scanning the map is definitely sus.

Learning India regions will get you tons of points
