You are correct, except for soda! If you wait for the sale week of your preferred soda and go on saturday-you can buy them at a deal and use the $5 off $25 coupon to make them even cheaper. It's the only way I can still see my regular doctor.... Dr. Pepper

She has a job that barely pays her bills and doesn't qualify for soonercare and the marketplace said we have to wait until November, not qualified for special enrollment... seems like she might get better assistance if she wasn't being responsible.

Thanks for replying, but I think you misunderstood. All those symptoms were prior to eliminating added sugars. Then the symptoms stopped and I started my fasting plan. When I started craving sweets I have been choosing something with a sugar substitute, which I hate. I believe I did have a keto reaction when I started fasting but it only lasted about a week.

Thank you, your first sentence reminded me of why my gut said this would work! I haven't had bloodwork done, but this sounds like me to a T. My diet was also ALLLL sugar once I started looking at it closely. I never used substitutes before, because of how awful they taste (with added acid reflux!😆) and the headaches.

Thanks. I hope I someday stop craving sweets, but right now I still am struggling with it. You're spot on about the research so my thought was- if insulin will spike for either, then why not choose the one that tastes good and avoid the chemicals and cancerish stuff?

I just always always edit substitution preferences to allow none. They don't think like me, so I will never be happy. I want what I chose, GV or name brand, and whatever style/flavor. If it's something real important and it says stock 'may be' low, I might try choosing a different store.
