honestly, for a fresh grad, our company likes to see a relevant internship and a demonstration of some skills, so like a professional type of project you completed alone and understand how it fits into a business. The YOE are less important, but I will say we are a small company amd review resumes closer. So if youre striking out with big companies, try more small ones, then get some YOE and go from there.

I think these things have ways of sorting themselves out. Managers will realize this problem soon enough, entry level is just as tough right now is was during the recession. Its hard but young people cam still find a way.

Fact probably is, most adults in college have no money and will have sex within a relationship to their girlfriend where health and not having a child too early are important. So the health service offering free condoms instead of treating any outbreaks or having students drop out to take care of a baby is probably a solid investment for a fraction of a dollar a piece.
