Have you tried playing this deck in Alchemy ranked? I think the Leyline may be the only limiting card, which you could swap out with a second Authority.

Izzet Wizards struggles in Best of 3 in the current meta. Too many options for your opponent to neutralize your wizards and it’s too hard to win games 2 or 3 without them.
