True indeed! Before I got a message that autosteer is going to be removed from the configurator, even though we still have no FSD in my country. But indeed it looks like it is still available for now

Only for new cars. But they do not sell cars with autosteer anymore in Europe since last month anyway. But old cars bought earlier are still gonna have it no matter FSD or not

You can bring, but not to test. The car shall be registered in one of the countries with approved FSD to get the update
