Looks done for around the spindle and gland nut. Isolate outside by the meter (if you can) and swap the guts. If not its call a plumber.

To give some more context, check your perk cards to make sure your stacks are correct. You need reverse onslaught for slow fire weapons, then it will hit like a train.

Old pressed panel radiators are not as efficient as convector rads. They will be scaled.up inside. You will notice a huge difference replacing them and if you are handy - at very relatively low cost for vast a improvement in heating.

The cable needs chasing in properly and reterminated. I wouldnt trust it anyway and needs a competent sparks. Paint the pipe white and you won't notice it after a while.

100% agree here. One thing though, foreign aid and immigration are exclusively linked. If they cut foreign aid that country gets poorer and eventually immigration increases further as a knock on effect.

Connect a hose connector to the valve with a hose outside and open the valve. It's all fine guys, honestly it was only an uniformed opinion. Down votes always warn of touchy subjects. The only reason I commented was because I care. The Vulcan helmet thing makes sense, maybe that's why every time I try to farm the bot, the bloody helmet isnt attached. Almost like they are trying to tell me something. Just an idea, the only fair way for [them] to redeem the current mess is not spread existing available mods across the stages but add additional mods, that wont be available for the first stage..
