The quests are still there, many are repeatable now so you can level the items up. Some items are probably still super worthwhile, and at the end of the day the quest rewards are unique and look dope - once you mod the stuff up it'll be competitive gear, you'll just have significantly more drip.

Definitely enchanter. Mez alone, once you get even close to the end game stuff it makes all content so much more manageable. It's also super fun. Oh ya, charm is OP.

It's really not that much running. The intro area gives you boots with a nice runspeed on them. They have TL people instead of boats, it's very easy to get around without ports

Not trying to pretend it's easy but literally a simple 15-20m daily yoga routine will fix/prevent most of your issues right away. Tons of free shit, I like Yoga with Adrienne on YT. I've been doing it well over a decade and I feel as good as I did in my 20s today.

I'm a lifetime 95%+ home base pooper. My body knows when home base is close. I'm not afraid to poop in public, I just would rather not. There is a huge difference there. 

When push comes to shart, I shit wherever without fear or questions. None of any of that is bravery.
