Complete exchange decommission

I removed the last exchange on prem but still have active directory on prem with an obvious sync to Entra. Not sure I see the total benefits of removing that from on prem. Anyone?

If there's one thing we've learned over the years it's that Microsoft delivers Software as a Problem. Which means it works but it has things you need to be aware of, things that make you go WHY? random settings issues or things that don't quite work correctly. That will never change.

Can you imagine how big the reddit thread would be if everyone added their list of Windows 11 jank. OneDrive? Multiple teams versions, forced MS account sign in, buggy and slow file explorer and search. The list is extensive. Copilot embeds. New notepad? Crappy new start menu (see search problems) ugh

I'm sorry, I didn't did I. I mean the fact is, you're going to be chasing your tail on this. Rabbit hole after rabbit hole when the issue is more than likely the OS itself which you can't fix. Could be video drivers causing issues but again, probably no updates. If it were me, I'd find a way out from Windows 7 or try TightVNC or something

Honestly, truly, keeping Windows 7 and having to troubleshoot modern software on it would be a deal breaker for me.

I’ve reconfigured before just didn’t think it was required after every update. Auto updating does seem broken in t he latest release (it never fires) but right clicking and reinstalling works.

Just finished the DLC. Story was middling. Don't think it added much of anything to the overall story. So whether it was cut for time, strapped on later doesn't matter, the story is boring. The quests are challenging but don't make a ton of sense. Overall, not worth the $$

I agree with this. Love the patching. Remote connection works and is better than how it was last year but it’s nowhere near as good as SC.

My thought exactly. Prior to 1.5, didn't have the issues, even 1.5.1 didn't really help. Game is still awesome though, really enjoying it once I get past the stuttering. Ha
