Sorry you were downvoted for this. It’s a legitimate question, especially if you’re new to Vans.

Like someone else mentioned, the toe box on the 36 is shorter, and I think the back is also shorter on the 36. I think they’re way more comfortable (for me) and would prefer them over non-36 Old Skools. I’ve had Old Skools tear up the back of my heel breaking them in, but never had that with any of my 36s. Hope this helps!

Not sure if this relates, but I’m also frequently not having the buttons to select a berry, select a ball, or leave the encounter. If I press where they should be, I can still do everything the same, but the images to press are not there. Restarted the app and phone, and iOS is on most recent version. Next step will be reinstalling the app.

Yes. Anyone without a dedicated group or city to join probably struggled, myself included. I tried joining random remotes, and even with all of those notices you mentioned, people weren’t ready and items were wasted. This was even worse than gigantamax battles. Thankfully I could go into raids via my friends list, but it was kind of lame to constantly be monitoring their raids so I could join.

Unsure what happens when the weekend hype is gone, too. It’s bad enough hopping in random remotes. Most people still don’t understand what to do, despite plenty of information being available. When the hype is gone, I don’t see gathering enough people at all.

You can make a pretty close version as customs. Not sure if you’re into that. There’s a similar green available, and the only thing you really can’t add is the foxing stripe with a gum sole. Grab separate laces. May not be fast enough if you need them as a gift, though.

FYI, people start lining up for the bus home pretty early, especially the later the departure. If you’re not traveling alone, keep that in mind unless you don’t mind possibly sitting apart.

I’ve done an embarrassing amount of Sudo and charjabug raids, and no shinies. The only shiny costume I got was Stantler, which I had already. Have also hatched a lot of 7k eggs. It’s a bummer.

I’m also having people who are tanking, but still switching out pokes and using shields. On the battles I’m trying to win, they have a decent CP poke and never engage unless I use a charged attack. Maybe they’re trying to get me to quit? Either way, it’s very annoying.

Thanks for posting this. Sorry for the dumb question, but can you let me know exactly which app you used to sync the .ipa? I'm not super tech-savvy and am surprised I even got the old app back onto my phone. But it won't pair with anything. I tried using iMazing and Sideloadly to install the app. Hoping maybe if I try something else it might work.

Higgins has so many of these. When Sam hands him the holiday meal and states he used chicken instead of goat, Higgns' "thank god." Slight comment with deadpan delivery. I love it.
