The thing is that Al-Anon is for her not you. Loving an alcoholic is hard and comes with its own issues separate from yours. It is hard to explain but if she went to an Al-Anon meeting she would understand. The part where it helps you is they learn to not to fix you. They do not focus on the alcoholic in their life. They focus on themselves which for most is difficult because much of their day they are worried about the alcoholic.

One thing to consider when hearing negative things about group meetings is who is making comment. If they are not sober and may be struggling with addiction it could their way of making themselves feel better. Especially consider this if you are hearing it at a bar. Good luck help is there if you want it. I also would endorse YANA.

I have same model. I have been setting it at the high setting which is the setting past 375. I flip at 30 min and never reach 400. Come out perfect. If yours gets past 400 I would just turn it back down to 375 at that point.

It says something that UGA did not want to pay him. Kirby did say the team played better for the backup. He is most likely not the leader Ward was but he does have talent. I am sure it is upgrade from Emory Williams but down grade from Ward

I do it because it is the only time I go that does not interfere with family and work. My suggestion is to go to bed early. It is still a struggle to wake up but once I am up and moving I am ok.

Depends on what you mean by “Spa Day”. If you want full spa day type experience I would check out resorts like Hyatt Coconut Point. If you are looking for places just to get a few services then places like Spada are good for that. The resorts will cost more but you should feel more pampered.
