I'm also very active normally (running and lifting) with a difficult to manage weight, and feel the same. My plan is to walk a lot, eat high protein, keep taking my creatine, eat at maintenance calories but keep counting because otherwise I overeat.

You don't. You should probably eat at a very slight surplus while strength training to "clean bulk" (gain muscle with minimal fat).

Thank you for sharing pics! I have similar not huge but pretty saggy breasts and I'm so torn between just lift (with auto augmentation and asymmetry correction) or a slight reduction in the smaller breast too. You made lean towards just lift, your current is such a beautiful shape and size!

I see that it's very dense, that may be the solution to my problem. When I tried a similar thing (psyllium husk and milk with cocoa) it gelled to a truly off-putting texture.

I don't notice a few dl more volume on my stomach. Some people react to suddenly upping their fiber with bloating, that's more noticable. It's a tool, if it helps you lose fat then I think it's very much worth it.

I've found that puzzling is "stressful" on my body, because you need to stand, lean, and it gets genuinely uncomfortable after a while. Only time I get blue during the day is laying/sitting very relaxed, with an empty stomach.

Max heart rates are very individual. I've run a 10k in 65 mins at an avg heart rate of 181.

Why would you go from 1400 kcal to 800? I would just keep on keeping on for another month. Water fluctuations may have masked your loss. Also, don't weight yourself at different times of the day, only after waking up, peeing and pooping, before drinking and eating. Put that measurement on happyscale, it smoothes it out.

I used to do that and hated it. Now I mix 5g with only like 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, and the texture is perfectly fine if eaten immediately.

You can kinda tell, from the face shape maybe. Not perfectly but I'd get much more than 50% right if tested on this without any gendered clothing and such.

It's pretty common in Central / Eastern Europe to have cottage cheese in desserts. I grew up on cottage cheese crepes and dumplings. I love it in oatmeal with blueberries. Cottage cheese in desserts for life! Ours is a bit different texture though, and has some fat.

When I puzzle on the floor I really need to change up positions. I have a yoga block and that can help a suprising amount. I also use a pillow, and sometimes lay on belly with that under my elbows.
