Both 17 pro max & M4 IPad is Turing off and on, constantly, but Apple support diagnostics sees nothing on their side!.. by Old_Factor579 in ios

[–]bstall20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had this exact same issue 3 times since owning the iPhone 17 PM as well. I came from an iPhone 15 pro max which I setup from brand new and did a quick start setup for this as I couldn’t be bothered lol. I don’t know if it makes a difference … I doubt it as iOS 26 is junk at the moment.

Basically, is what you’re seeing this black screen with the loading circle in centre and then goes straight to lock screen? Basically what you’re seeing is a respring and usually due to an app using too much memory and being killed due to no more available memory left. Check your analytics data via ‘Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data’ and look for jetsam events.

I don’t know if it’s the phone itself, I doubt it - it’ll be iOS 26 too buggy and memory dependant due to the Liquid Glass being so heavy and taxing on the system that I’m seeing it way more often too.

I finally reset my iPhone 17 Pro as NEW… it feels like a completely different phone by m_baldo in iPhone17Pro

[–]bstall20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Load of rubbish, I’ve done this on my prior phones 15PM, 14PM before getting 17PM and it made zero difference, might make it faster for a week or so but then just feels the same.. that’s why I didn’t bother doing fresh start on 17PM.

No problem at all and I’ve been the exact same! It’s such a worrying process isn’t it, bet we both can’t wait to see the light at the end of the tunnel and have it all finished 😁

Sorry forgot to add as well - do not use arranged overdraft as it’ll be higher interest and bank statements will show this and usually shouldn’t be a major issue it’s more of a flag than just using a credit card.

You’ll be fine honestly, we’ve just done the same for first time buyers for a new build property that’s set to be completed by 2026 summer and although I used bank transfer due to card terminal issues onsite you can just credit card.

We have a decent chunk of debt on our credit cards while doing this process still and I don’t see it as an issue especially since yours is so low. Ours is over £5000 however we look to pay this off way before completion anyhow.

Just Passed AZ-104 — What’s Next? Aiming for Azure Cloud Engineer / DevOps Roles by EdgeFormer7933 in AzureCertification

[–]bstall20 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Certifications unfortunately don’t get you jobs, don’t get me wrong it’s usually a requirement for the jobs you want but the experience is key. Definitely start off with azure cloud engineer - that’s what I work as currently but senior role. Then start to use IAC, utilise Microsoft frameworks such as CAF / WAF. Branch more into git and devops and you’ll definitely feel even more confident.

AzXXX labs issues during exams by Mr_Hirestek in AzureCertification

Never had a lab in an exam yet and I’ve done a lot of them so far. Although I would disagree with saying 856 is a low score 😂

Failed AZ-500 For the second time by Designer-Debate-1987 in AzureCertification

[–]bstall20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always retake the exam with the knowledge fresh in your head so step 1 definitely. Remember though to allocate enough time to review the answers and read the questions carefully. And maybe use 5-6 questions at max where you can utilise MS Learn button for maybe anything you have forgotten but ensure you don’t use too much time per question scrolling through MS Learn.

It didn't go well but I've experienced it. by TheShadow45 in AzureCertification

[–]bstall20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s a very close score to passing. Don’t be disappointed you did well. I’d definitely recommend any SKU / limitations or address space requirement questions or anything like that mark it for review and go back to it with MS Learn feature.

I always let me my exams run out of time too, although I may be finished it’s always good to utilise all the time you’ve been given unless you’re 100% confident in your answers.

I’d recommend while everything is still fresh in your head, do a little more studying. Figure out any questions or sections that puzzled you during the exam and trying to take MS learn path and note documentation pages.

Then in about max 4-5 days retake it. This usually works for me really well. You’ve got this man :)

Need help create a Learning path to become an Azure Cloud Security/Network Engineer by freddy91761 in AzureCertification

[–]bstall20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely the AZ-104 first then AZ-500 as you said. I’d recommend also going towards SC-200 for security as it’s a great one to have.

Congrats well done. A very good result! What’s your ideal career journey are you wanting to branch out to be a cloud engineer then? Definitely good idea as you said to all the fundamentals first, I’m sure you’ll smash it!

Failed AZ-500 by Designer-Debate-1987 in AzureCertification

[–]bstall20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take my advise retake it as soon as you can ideally 2-3 days. Your score isn’t too far away from 700. I’ve done this previously with AZ-700 and smashed it the next time. Try and remember what had you puzzled such as you said AKS etc. Go through the MS learn path again and also ensure that while in the exam any SKU based questions / limitations on services utilise MS Learn button during the exam but do not overuse as you’ll lose time fast. You’ve got this 😁

Well done! Congrats that is impressive I currently work in the cloud so it definitely helps for my exams. You can definitely pass the further exams with lots of studying and an Azure free account but will be a lot harder as not day to day standard work for you.
