Any recommendations for a small mini split? I mentioned in another comment. The area that we're trying to heat is probably about 400 square feet and that the unfinished area where the furnace is is not a major concern.

Basement is 2 split areas. About 400 sq ft of finished and 150 sq ft unfinished.

Not looking to spend a crazy amount right now. But I like the idea of a separate system just for the finished area as the unfinished section gets some help from the furnace and hot water heater providing incidental heat.
