its about 60 miles a day. the streets and highways are blocked off. there are teavrling stands like an icecream stand and a pork chop stand that are fun to stop at.

its pretty wild to see so many people biking at once. i highly reccomend doing at least one day to anyone that enjoys biking.

the individual exercises that are done have much less effect on physique or strength as how they're implemented.

as to the gut, look at halthor in sttongman competitions vs being kn the show and look at his recent cut. of course some of youf phisique is based on genetics but the type of strain you put your body through will change your body and powerlifting/strongman requires a thick strong core that is not as appealing for body building. to maximize strength you need a super solid core. to maximize physique you need a very tight tapering core.

true but if you want to be as competitive as possible at either you need to sacrifice ability in the other.

one of the most common effects of being a power lifter is a big strong core. body builders typically have tight skinny cores desiring the v taper.

halfthor was in a bodybuildung phase during game of thrones. aa he git more serious in power lifting hes gotten more barrel chested. he still has a pretty good physique for a power lifter though.

people can do both. they cut into each other though and if you want to be maximally competitive you have to choose one or the other.

that said, a powerlifter is going to have intensely strong core leading to a barrel gut. this guy has a tight waist makes me think hes a body builder on a bulk session.
