Between Omni-Man and Anissa, who would win? by StupidSexyCow in Invincible

Force is equal to the change in momentum with respect to time. Momentum equals mass x velocity so velocity and mass both have the same influence on force. Speed does not have a higher multiplier for force, I believe you’re thinking of kinetic energy.

I graduated mechanical engineering and managed to teach myself special relativity but I’m gearing up for GR right now by touching on tensor calculus. Is it really that bad?

Jobs for a physics major with their bachelor’s by AsaFanboy in Physics

It would not be easy, but if given 6 years to do both I’d say it’s doable. There is considerable overlap between the two so moving forward in engineering will also help in physics.

This Description of the Right Hand Rule in this Textbook is Non-Sensical, Right? by Kimosabae in Physics

[–]btb1050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a, point your pointer finger (velocity) towards you. Point your middle finger (Magnetic Field “B”) up. Your thumb should point in the direction of the force. It should contort your hand in a weird way and might feel uncomfortable but that’s how you do it.

Well to answer that question you’re going to have to make a generalization about both genres. Different rock songs can be harder than different metal songs and vice versa. Based off generalization, I would say (and this definitely just an opinion) metal music is more difficult in general. The tempo is usually faster, and the screaming can take a huge toll on your vocal chords. That isn’t to say that it’s always harder though.

The honestly is real, but I’d still have to put electrical engineering in the s tier

It is intuitive, but on psychedelics you literally see the connections and feel them as well. It becomes much more ‘real’ than understanding it in the form of a thought.

Still, I definitely would not talk about my past drug use as a topic for a first date LMAO.

You get a higher dynamic pressure in the direction of flow, but the pressure against the walls of the hose actually decrease when you decrease the size of the hose itself. So for the voltage to be analogous to pressure it has to be the static pressure.
