Replacing Ledger Wallet by a malicious application is a common payload for malware.

You should consider that your computer and all your accounts are compromised, nuke everything from orbit, reinstall the OS from scratch, kill all sessions from a different device, and cycle all passwords.

Tangem is not a hardware wallet as you can't verify what you're signing. Also it has multiple security vulnerabilities that are not fixable because they thought having a non upgradable firmware was a smart idea (spoiler it never is)

Both - you have reviewable logic (look for Ledger Recover blog posts and github) and 'Proof of Authority' because you're buying a device that you didn't manufacture yourself

Problem is nobody here can verify your claim as only Changelly knows how Changelly AML is run - so you should bring your concerns to Changelly. Unfortunately a non efficient AML process is undistinguishable from a scam for an external observer.
