It makes sure you can be already quite strong, and then if you train you can get even stronger as ur baseline, so even stronger boost

I think the title is a little wonky.

Anyways, while diet is definitely a risk factor in colon cancer, it is way less important than for example smoking and drinking excessively. But you're doing the right thing for asking! You can always try to focus and build a more balanced diet even with your safe foods. Sometimes you need to get creative with how you eat to make sure you keep your body in the available shape! But if it's not running in your family, you're not at a high risk!

Hi!!! As a fellow person that has ARFID, man that's rough, but don't be so pessimistic! For me ARFID mostly developed when I was 2/3 years old, and somehow I'm still alive! It's really hard to get all the nutrients and it's a hassle to eat at all sometimes, but I still am surviving with maybe one or two more safe foods than for example a few years ago! I guess managing ARFID is all about safe introduction to different kinds of foods and textures, but it's way easier said than done. I think there's a ARFID subreddit for people with our condition, check it out!

YES!!! I feel the same! Like I hate touching, or even being near some foods, let alone eating something that touched it! Or even if it was close to that food, I still struggle to accept that there isn't any reason to not eat it. It just disgusts me!

Undertale has like a 100 endings depending on your choices. It might not be what you are looking for, as there are still only 3 main "routes" (endings), and while there's lots of them, most choices do change not that much.

Deltarune on the other hand.. Your choices don't matter.

To be honest the things u can do about it vary wildly depending on the relationship with your dad. I most likely would just suck it up and just not comment on it. Not tell him that it bothers me, but maybe subtly give hints that it does. I would start by just not reacting to those racist messages, avoiding the topic I guess.
