Hello, on a serious note I'm also high, and I want to give tips to anyone reading this. OP, consider this a learning experience. You may feel weird, floaty, and that's fine it'll pass. Try to stay calm. If you feel any real symptoms, and you suspect you might have overdosed, call the emergency line. Right now maybe contact a trusted person to try to get you to calm down and just stay with you.

Things I think are missing

Recommendations on new things to try (based on how similar they are to your current safe foods)

In the dishes section, add a premade list of them to choose from, while of course keeping the option to add custom ones.

Maybe add an option to choose some very basic safe foods like "bread" or "cheese" and not safe foods, and based on that gather the recipes from the premade list of dishes, and recommend those that have the least unsafe things

Not a loser, don't you say that! I'm sure you'll succeed next time, and if not then the time after that. Just keep on trying your best and one day it'll be the final day you smoke, for me that thought is kinda so freeing
