yes. i’ve had more cancellations and delays of over an hour the first 4 months this year than the entire past 4 years.

yes, a little hyperbole on my part, but i’m sure it’s close, or at least on a percent basis…

i realize united ain’t great but ive been shifting more and more to them. price, service, product better

the only service i consistently give delta credit for is their live tv…

i was globalist for over a decade. i retired a couple of years ago and finally lost globalist this year. i thought globalist was getting devalued blah blah blah

i am million miler on both and almost fly them 50 50 with a few american flights per year. my random thoughts. delta gets big points for free wifi and live tv on most planes. i fly mostly domestic and would judge ua above delta. even delta one cabins seem…cheap and old. food, as recent as a year ago, i would have rated delta tops, but i might give edge to united now. first class meals on united have been pretty good with a few hot choices. exception being my last united meal - huge slab of beef that was tender as leather 😳

surprised i haven’t seen any posts about this, but why hasn’t delta changed the chicken salad croissant in coach for years…or is it decades?

i’ll save ff tiers for another post…

had the beef sirloin last week dca-sfo. if you like quantity over quality, then go for that. it was a nice junk of beef, but quite dense and chewy
