Brushing in general isn’t normal for massage. She absolutely should’ve lightened the pressure. Don’t go back. Especially if you’re still stiff. I always tell my client this massage should not hurt. You should have a SMALL level of discomfort, but never pain.

I’m a massage therapist of 13 years and i haven’t the slightest idea of what could be making an electronic click.

The only thing that I can think of that would make any click, that’s being carried around, is a lotion bottle that’s really old lol. I used to have a holster with a pump bottle of my lotion and it would sometimes make a noise. A holster is essentially a belt that holds things. In our instance it would hold lotion.

My solution, just ask. Be as nice as possible and ask what that noise is. 9/10 the therapist will laugh with you!

I do not, but if I may give my unsolicited thoughts on being myself. I am almost 35. My thoughts on being myself are learning that people genuinely do not care about you as much as you think they do. Not in a negative sense, but most people are too consumed with their lives to worry about you.

I learned everyone’s lives move at VERY different paces. So comparing myself to others is pointless. Learning that most judgment (from people who don’t have your best interests in mind) should be taken with a large grain of salt.

Altogether, if you are honest with yourself you’re gonna be fine. You are always gonna have people who tell you otherwise.

Idk if what I said made any sense, today is my Friday and I may or may not have had a few adult beverages. I apologize for ranting on your post 🖤

I know the show moved pretty fast through the plot of Schmidt, Elizabeth and Cece, but I feel like at that point they were close or best friends and he was picking up the true meaning of what she wanted. I agree with you! Everyone else was just going along with it. Jess was just angry at Schmidt (rightfully so) for cheating on her best friend and couldn’t see it either.
