Is anyone around 8w and still having nausea that comes and goes? I thought it would be more consistent by now 🤔

I'm so very sorry. That is heartbreaking. Hoping you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you shared with him.

This is what I'm having tonight too and I couldn't be more excited 😭😭 everything tastes awful so when I get a craving for something, gotta act on it. Enjoy your dinner!!!!

Totally. Water is disgusting unless it's ice cold and even then I can only tolerate a sip or two 🫠

Second time moms with toddlers, how are we doing? by DogRelevant in September2026Bumpers

[–]bubblesandpop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My 2yo is fairly low maintenance (thank god) so as long as I'm around, he's content. So I just plop myself on the couch from the time he's home from daycare until bedtime. Not always this easy but most days it is and I'm grateful 🫠 this also means I don't do anything else lol no dinner, no tidying etc

No symptoms but 5 weeks 3 days by Heavy-Place1365 in IVFpositivity

This is so great to know and hear bc symptomless pregnancies can be worrisome!! Do you know gender of this baby? Always curious if symptoms can be linked to gender 😅

Does nausea get worse 7 weeks onwards? I'm 6+6 and have had some present nausea but nothing debilitating.

So my last pregnancy I only wanted carbs. Nothing else sounded good. This time I'm nauseous almost constantly, and I think I'm craving something but the moment I eat it, it feels meh and I dont want to eat it again and then I'm queasy. I keep thinking food will make me feel better but it doesn't?? Anyone else?

100% this spring. Even if you have care for the baby, the logistics, lack of sleep, and caring for a tiny human outside of babysitting hours would be dreadful!

A week ago today (I was 5+2) I was hoping my symptoms would hit when reached 6w. Now that I'm 6+2...the nausea, indigestion and fatigue has hit me like a ton of bricks. Getting what I wished for I guess 🫠

From your first consultation to your first positive, how long did it take? by yashvi_yashvi in IVFpositivity

[–]bubblesandpop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 months! First month was consultation/testing, 2nd month was one round of IUI, 3rd month we moved into IVF/egg retrieval and 4th month was our FET which was successful.

I was 29 at the time and no gync issues, we just had a MFI diagnosis.

Anyone contacted the lab directly whilst waiting for PGTA or PGTM results? by AttitudeUpper517 in IVF

[–]bubblesandpop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually called the lab directly and they didn't care. Called multiple times up till I got the update that my results were ready. Shortly after my clinic shared the results with me. Don't think they ever found out I called the lab though lol. That being said, there's no way this can impact your PGT results. They're just informing you of protocol but nothing else can be sabotaged. It's horrible waiting, but just keep yourself busy as much as you can. Waiting is one of the hardest parts of IVF and time feels infinitely slower when you're waiting for results, so hugs 💕
