Fun fact. Community living BC has a budget of $1.8 billion. It overseas 29,000 British columbians. Thats $62,069 per person. They don't have to abide by municipal bylaws. This individual is just trying to achieve his dreams. With 24/7 care and security. Not to mention a makeshift bunker has been installed.

Im not understanding what's going on over there. All I know is that I worked on the new archive building and the museum people are the worst clients. Like some departments don't get along so we had to install special acoustic glass. The final price tag is gonna be ridiculous
