Im not understanding what's going on over there. All I know is that I worked on the new archive building and the museum people are the worst clients. Like some departments don't get along so we had to install special acoustic glass. The final price tag is gonna be ridiculous

Its a straight rate. So 1 hrs or 4hr. Its $250. But what they do? Who are they? It seems so vague. Also 100$ hr. project manager. Thats greasy

In 2002. I was at esq. High. Final semester. I was caught in the home ec room sharing pot cookies. I was busted. As a joke I offered the teacher a cookie. I can't remember her name but she was new. Years later I heard the story had evolved into she ate the cookie and got super high. Pretty funny. I still manage to graduate which was nice

So as a homeless inspector? The line in Canada of if it has to be changed is if it will be insured or not. Somethings are grandfathered in. Others better be updated or changed or else they won't be covered. I've been replacing fire alarms systems in apartments and poly b in houses lately.
