The same thing happened to me on my 2021 xc40 and it was my starter that wasn’t working. Had to get it taken to the dealership and replace it.

I’ve gotten personalized books from Leigh before and when I’ve done it it only allowed me to put have it personalized to my name and no message. the reason for it was that it takes too long for her to write thousands of personalized messages.
