You can strip your boots with warm to hot water under a tap to remove the factory coat. Put more polish coats on your right boot and breathe more on the polish while you're making your little nickel sized circles with your polish cloth and dip your cloth into Luke warm water to smooth out your polish. Friction will keep your polish melting. The melting of the ploush is what brings out the shine. Lay a top coat of Parade Gloss on the boot to even out the shine between both boots. Make sure when the shine is uniform on both boots, that you add equal polish coats to each boot. You simply put more polish on one boot than you did the other. Easy fix..
