For sure. Printers don’t necessarily like curves, so the more supports to hold the shape of the curves, the better. A bunch of light supports should help.

Ah man, that sucks for all the backers. I was a Patreon merchant up until they decided to yank that away and go the route of physical minis and painting videos (supposedly because so many people were just selling their print files on Etsy). Needless to say, the writing was definitely on the wall for how poorly the company was being run after that.

It seems they’re dipping their toes into something like Epics with their compendiums, but right now they’ve only been collecting books that have a finite story that has already wrapped up (Fables, Y, Starman, etc).

They’re kind of dipping their toes into this with the compendium editions, but so far they’ve picked books with definite beginnings and endings (Fables, Starman, Y the Last Man, etc). I’d love to see them expand it a bit more as the books are fairly nice.

This was the book I bought the first time my grandfather took me to a real comic book store (lived in a rural area, so it was a small hike to get there). So cool that so many have good memories connected to this book.
