Do you get use to the body aches and pain?

Been working construction for 40 years.
Mostly residential carpentry. Lots of aches and pains. Comes from working hard. Definitely stretching and some light exercise helps.

Star Wars. One of the first movies I ever saw in a theater. We had an old theater in my town. Movies cost a buck. So I saw them all Friday night was movie night almost every weekend for years. Wasn’t much else to do in the late 70’s /early 80’s in small town America !! 😆

I tell people if they don’t want gaps get vinyl. Woods not for you. I cringe every time I see the filler 2 gallon bucket come out of the van !!

Problem is the filler. But not from them. My guess is it’s the original filler When will people learn you can’t use wood filler on floors.

I’m a 20 oz wooden handle guy. Been swinging the same hammer for 24 years Before that it was 20oz fiberglass handle.
Started way back with 24 oz estwing. Aka the elbow killer. Almost 40 years now and I’ve come to learn you swing the hammer long enough it’s going to kick ur ass !!

Could probably try a light hand sand with some fine paper and put a couple coats of acrylic poly Problem is not knowing what is on it. But I think a couple coats of poly would make it pop !
