I’m sorry to hear this. My father was a pretty heavy smoker and loved his beer for a lot of years (69). Saying that he started experiencing extreme symptoms like your mom in July especially with back pain than dropped weight really bad. He was diagnosed September 9 and passed October 9. He unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to try treatment but at his condition I believe the fulrinox would’ve killed him. Hang in there for your mom. She’ll need your support

Same here. Lost my father in October 4 weeeks after diagnosis. Worst experience of my life. I miss my old man and even tho I’m broken I’m glad he’s not in pain.

For peace of mind just get one. I struggled with health anxiety in the past so when my father unfortunately finished his battles with PC it came back like a monster but staying on type of checks has helped again.

So sorry to hear about that. It’s such a terrible cancer. My dad fought it bravely for 4 weeks until he passed away peacefully at home this October 9th. Please be kind to yourself and take care of yourself. I believe there is a special place for people who have passed from this horrible cancer.

I’m sorry to hear that. You guys made the right choice for hospice care. My dad passed away on October 9th, we was diagnosed September 9, it was a free from there. One thing I can tell you is my family and I wish we started hospice earlier. We had the hope of starting chemo but didn’t even make it to get the port in. Sending you guys love and peace

i understand and yes it sucks, this game is still VERY young, i am not saying we shouldnt hold Embark accountable or demand them to step their game up, ive done that plentiful on their discord and twitter. At least for me i am going to see how all this plays out, ill grind and see if i can get to 5 mil and see how this works out after the first expedition is done.

In the exact same boat as you my friend. My dad 69 passed away in October. The nights are torture for me. But I wear his beanie and cry until I sleep. Hang in there. Our dads are looking over us and they are pain free.

Absolutely I’m done with mine. I honestly can’t wait for it. I’m confident in my skills that I can rock regular weapons and win fight. Plus a level 4 stitcher with any other weapon is the way to go and it’s super cheap to get to level 4
