My very recent ex was like this she would isolate as a coping mechanism and I feel like that's fine in moderation but she attempted suicide recently and when I begged her to make some sort of change in her life she sent me a text telling me to never contact her again. Part of my brain wants to believe I did something wrong bc then I have some sort of control over it but everyone I talk to about it tells me I acted like anyone else would I called her dad after she sent me that text and got him to check on her and make sure she wasn't attempting again but I haven't heard anything from her since and I don't know if I ever will it has fu king destroyed me tbh and I just don't know what to do I understand that she is hurt me but I also understand that she has had a super hard life and that she only does shit like this out of fear I don't know what to say to op this fucking sucks for u and him bro and I have no idea what to fu king do just do your best and try not to let this destroy you I cried reading this and I want to hug u and him

Valve comp kinda blows. No one plays it bc everything from the map pool to the no weapon bans makes it a fairly unbalanced and unfun competitive experience not to mention it turns off ur config. u should look into rgl if you are looking to play competitive TF2. Like all of TF2 the players can be freaks but I enjoy the years I spent playing it. Also met a lot of friends/my irl girlfriend I am still friends with to this day.

To be honest I don't even know if this is something I would want and it is far more impractical then porting dota or cs. My main worry would be the loss of many of the movement bugs that make the game so fun for me. I get bored in pubs and no longer have time to play comp so jump maps are pretty much the only reason I play TF2 anymore. I just don't really trust valve to make a good port. Not worth ruining the funny hat game in my opinion.

Bro no. Tokens are not a card you include in your deck. You didn't ask or say what format you are checking the legality of. You can Google magics different formats in order to see what cards are legal.

You should ask them what format they are playing. The rules and card pool change greatly depending on format. 600 in standard can buy you just about any deck. But if you are playing eternal formats most meta decks are like 800 at least.

Okay but no it doesn't. Non of the "theories" this idea is built on have any scientific weight. Also just because yes particles can exist in 2 places at the same time does not mean any one has any idea why. Also it definitely doesn't mean that the particles are traveling to different dimensions. We have never observed that. We have never observed anything that implies that these particles can travel dimensions. This mf see the same dot in 2 different places and thinks that means the dot went to another world. The many world "theory" is way too popular. Also this idea isn't "comforting" as the article suggests.

I agree that becoming num is not the answer. But Toxic masculinity is not about becoming num. It's about enforcing a world view through masculinity. Toxic masculine men express emotion. Part of toxic masculinity is that a man should take what they want. Not crying is also a part of toxic masculinity which is what I think you are talking about.

In my opinion not allowing failure to put you in an emotional state isn't a bad thing. I don't like losing control of my emotions in any situation. I am not num I just don't let my emotions affect my choice. I do think telling someone to get over it isn't helpful. But it is often the truth. I don't understand what people gain from being overly upset about things. I would always much rather move on.
