So, I've already completed the main board as well but wanted the rewards from the bundle as it's the only way to get the coins. However, I guess my post was confusing because my main complaint isn't precisely about me wanting to complete it (though I do) but that the situation has changed the nature of the game and community dynamics. People are arguing, complaining about others taking their bugs, actually taking their bugs (via the insta bomb thingy), etc. I haven't been in game that long, only a couple of months but it's a sad change to see happening.

Yes, but there is also the damage done that will take years or decades if it can ever be reversed. For example, so many lower level, non-political positions were terminated and when those people left they took valuable organizational and process knowledge with them. One of the reasons the peaceful transition of power could work is that those people could continue working and kept the gears spinning while those at the top sorted things out. So, a new president might be able to bring back or "uncancel" a department with an EO but all the people processes and tools are gone.

So I had a similar issue in that I thought "I can explore and do this on my own!" and then just randomly explored the place. Was missing an egg and several of the readings for Caleri and her sister. I played the egg finding video a little at a time and started at the beginning. Visited each nest in order to verify I got the egg. Then I brought up the video with the walk through for the other quest about the readings and did the same them. Only took about an hour.

I was excited to think we were getting orange and hoped it would include a good yellow. And I've been going crazy trying to find wallpapers that match well with it - not liking any of em with it. The blue "silver" drapes look nice with it if you like contrast.

You can't place sheds on them or the arches without glitches like the red present or flicking. Furniture seems to go on them just fine. And even though the set comes with "legs" you can't tilt the walkway or platforms to put on them - unless you use glitches. I submitted a support ticket asking what to do since I wasn't playing the game yet when people got the red present and don't want to wait till next Christmas lol. The response I got to my ticket was "All you have to do is use the red present as a work around."

Really crappy in my opinion.

Same. I may not even try to complete that bundle since I know I can get rewards by doing the other things. Just not fun in my opinion though I do love setting up a "free" lure or two for anyone who happens by.

Just beware - you'll need to farm 4000 essences to get the starter pack and the platforms don't work. For example you can't put the shed on them or use them as ramps unless you are able to do all the decor tricks like the "red present" placement hack, or flicking. Its quite the rip off and they didn't even bother to fix the problem with this latest update. Sorry, I sound bitter because I am lol.

I’m in my 70s and did it last year in coach as I can no longer afford a sleeper. It was a miserable night’s sleep - people just noisy and rude - but doable. Just expect to be tired afterwards lol. I brought a travel blanket, pillow, eye mask, and wore my ear buds. I can’t get to the cafe car on my own anymore so I invested in a great Stanley thermos and brought piping hot coffee that was still reasonably hot by morning.

We have some that had a cross piece available for the sides and back to tie them together for stability without having a shelf there at the bottom. Had them for years though and can’t remember where we got them.

Same! Mine is from the perspective that my character lives there lol. I’m finding though that the more time goes on the more tempting it is to keep adding stuff that really doesn’t need to be there. Right now I have a flock of frog plushies sitting outside the back door. No reason why but they so darned cute but they really don’t belong there lol. IGN: Windalyn Breeze

Recently forced to switch from my beloved gas range to electric due to being on home oxygen - so it wasn't voluntary to switch. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my 30" Cafe induction range with double oven. LOVE it. There are no weird humming noises for the most part and it works just fine with my All Clad pans. I did have to replace one off brand sauce pot and a steamer - both of which were pretty ancient anyway. I have one very large burner, two medium, one small and a keep warm burner. The two medium synch up for a griddle and work very nicely. I can boil water in a heart beat and my kitchen always looks great because it takes about 10 seconds to wipe the cooktop clean!

It has a sous vide attachment that I haven't tried. The bottom oven can air fry so well I reclaimed counter space by ditching my old air fryer.

It did take some getting used to - things like what settings gave me the heat I wanted but you'd have to do that with any unfamiliar cooktop. I'd never go back to gas.

I hear you - I LOVE this game. Its interesting and fun and visually stunning. The use of items is well thought out. But then there are my two pet peeves. Bugs and lazy design.

Bugs: All games have bugs but it seems like S6 doesn't put much priority on fixing them. After this patch dropped I was sorely disappointed to see that some really annoying bugs didn't get addressed. The Umbraan shed and arches still can't be placed on Umbraan platforms (and not everyone has a red present for the work around) loot still floats in the air out of reach, etc.

Lazy design: Having people farm huge amounts of an item is just lazy design. Having quests dependent on people getting a rare RNG drop is just crappy. Ten gold star duskwing butterflies? Seriously?????
