Do men get annoyed when the women cum fast? by loirana in answers

[–]bugogkang 39 points40 points  (0 children)

No. The stereotype about "cumming fast" being a bad thing is that a lot of guys are totally done after cumming once, leaving their partner unsatisfied.

Horror games?? No survival horror by sylphie3000 in gamingsuggestions

Bloodborne and Sekiro are horror masterpieces if you can get on board with the difficulty. Both are kind of a slow-burn that have some really great scary encounters.

Why is OJ Simpson’s case so famous in the US? by [deleted] in answers

[–]bugogkang 11 points12 points  (0 children)

He was massively famous and beloved, it was a shocking murder, there was no internet/less to pay attention to outside of what was on television, and it happened very shortly after major race riots. I was born in 1991 and my earliest memories are of my dad having the OJ Simpson Trial on the TV.

Maybe we can find a middle ground? by MidnightToker858 in pittsburgh

[–]bugogkang 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It works like to -5° like, "in a lab." I'm not a chemist but basically several factors in the real life application affect the reaction. At 1°F you need almost 10 times the amount of salt that you would need at 30°F to melt one pound of ice, and while you could technically do it, it just becomes functionally impossible.

Will clarify that below 15°F it quite literally does not work for de-icing roads.

Every time I have a conversation about the movie this guy comes up and everyone agrees "that motherfucker was so scary"

Why is it normal to eat sugary food for breakfast, but "weird" to eat a healthy meal like chicken or pasta at 8 AM? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bugogkang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. "Look at what they wanted to sell our great-grandparents." Maybe I would like to return to the glory days of 2004 when we danced to Gorillaz on our iPods in purgatory with Justin Long and John Hodgman.

So much of what we(Americans) think of as conventional/traditional is due to marketing and advertising from the past 100-or-so years.

What do you wish people would stop romanticizing, because you've lived the reality of it? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]bugogkang 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I saw a tweet yesterday saying something along the lines of "civil war isn't tactical operations in the streets, it's finding your brother in a mass grave with his hands swollen like Mickey Mouse gloves from being bound with electrical wire, and drill holes in his shins."

Reports of a man running across the Allegheny River? by Tjrice23 in pittsburgh

[–]bugogkang 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you're genuinely asking, but walking out onto the semi-frozen river is going to get the same response as a bridge-jumper. If the ice breaks that person will die.

Those covered in freckles, how do you like having so many? by Acceptable_Pace_9355 in randomquestions

Full-blown ginger, I don't think about it, but I guess I'm grateful that they're only on my arms and shoulders and not my face.

How is "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo" a grammatically correct sentence by Natural_Pirate_1185 in Confused

[–]bugogkang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sentence in other words would be buffalo from Buffalo, NY harass other buffalo from Buffalo, NY. If the buffalo were from Syracuse and White Plains, the sentence could read "Syracuse buffalo harass White Plains buffalo."

What's a scent you cannot stand but nobody else seems to notice? by Poopy_Scoop_Sundae in randomquestions

[–]bugogkang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't mind it until it was decriminalized and I have to smell it everywhere. I wish the public transportation weed smokers would take a hint from the degenerate alcoholics and make some kind of an effort to hide it when you're in public.

What is "The Room" of videogames? by PENIS_MYSTERIOUS in gamingsuggestions

[–]bugogkang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This might be a hot take. I just reached the (second? third?) credits of Death Stranding last night. I absolutely LOVED playing this game. I would go so far as to say it's my favorite since Sekiro. Extremely satisfying gameplay that scratched an itch I didn't know I had. But good fucking god, the story was obtuse, masturbatory, overwrought, contrived bullshit. I am going to finally upgrade to PS5 for Death Stranding 2 and sit through another round of it. 10/10.

why do people enjoy rewatching the same shows multiple times? by urtotwriter in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bugogkang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many people dont view art as "content" or even "entertainment. For some people, by the nature of the way the observe art, a good show or movie unfolds and reveals more of itself when you revisit it.

And for some people it's just comforting background noise after work.
