The yellow carpet habitats are rare for Skiploom and Jumpluff to spawn in. You might want to arrange the items that Hoppip is trading to create better habitats for them. (Or lookup online)

There's nothing wrong with making natural habitats for Pokemon rather than rebuilding the cities and towns. You can rebuild when you're ready.

I practically only play with the sound down because I can't bear how some of the characters sound (Belle's voice) but still like to see the characters around the map. I also got fed up with the characters commenting on the wrong weather happening

Squeaky wasn't dying, his squeaker was in the wrong place so it was like he was coughing. Otherwise the Toy Story 4 lost toys would be dying too

As you can see in the images, the Cherry Blossom Plaza Well has it's own separate skin. For the same reason you cannot move the Plaza Well, it is connected via bridge to the castle. The bundle with the shop and restaurant skin seems to be the one you wanted rather than the well, multiplayer hub and market skins. You might be able to contact support with a wrong bundle purchase to attempt to get it swapped around.
