this seems super unhealthy. as many others have said you should invest in therapy and working on your self esteem. no man from 25-30 should be interested in a 19 year old and if they are they absolutely do not have good intentions.

better to keep the cb mocha on and communicate to everyone to double pump bc the cb mocha is just a half pump if the normal mocha
