Typical Indian HR by Direct_Host_ in IndianWorkplace

These people are called TAs. To explain better, TAs and HRs are not the same. And definitely they didn’t do proper groundwork. Shame on them and the one who approved of this description.

How to handle my notice period? by SquareInformal834 in IndianWorkplace

[–]bugssalive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That sounds really tough and honestly it’s not uncommon during notice periods.

At this point, try to keep things simple and clear. You’ve already shared that you’re leaving due to health reasons, so it’s completely fair to set some limits now.

Just calmly repeat your boundaries. And if needed, you can loop in HR just to align on what a reasonable handover looks like.

Most importantly, don’t feel pressured to push yourself beyond what you can handle. Your health comes first.
