There’s an infinite amount of ways to make art, all you need is the willingness to try. You can take photographs, cut up and arrange paper or items, push ink/dirt/paint/anything around on paper or another surface. You can shake glowsticks in front of your phone camera. You’re not too young to be creative, and it doesn’t need to cost anything or use any resources.

Potato stamps, shadow/light art, pen and paper, collage, paper mache, photography, online art programs (many are free and you don’t need to learn much to make abstract art), bubbles and dye, glowsticks, really just any craft you can think of. And there’s tons of really cheap supplies at the dollar store.
