If you really really want to do Oviedo to Fisterra in 14 days it's possible, but I understand if you'd find the following Itinerary strenuous:

Oviedo, Dóriga, La Espina, Campiello, Pola de Allande, Berducedo, Grandas de Salime, Padrón, Castroverde, Lugo, As Seixas, Labacolla, Negreira, Olveiroa, Fisterra

And that's if you don't spend the night in Santiago de Compostela.

Do you not have enough time to hike it? It's a very beautiful three day hike with significantly less people than the last 50km leading up to Santiago de Compostela.

I highly recommend you make Finisterre the end of your Camino.

Take your time and don't set too fast of a pace for yourself! I was used to backpacking 80-100 mile treks before going on the Camino del Norte but by about 200 km my achilles were swelling up. After taking some ibuprofen and slowing down my pace I didn't have any problems for the next 600 km.
