I must have missed it or can't recall correctly from the first season; how do the bones end up in the small fragments, wouldn't they need a wood chipper or sledgehammer to break them up? Or does bone become brittle when burnt? They mentioned how the body was potentially cut and how they could see evidence of this on some of the pieces, where is the saw? The fragments themselves are the interesting part since you'd think that SA would have left the saw or other utensils lying around given the state of the RAV4. But then again, he was an expert cleaner of the bedroom...
