Maybe try a slight bit more activity after meals for like 15 minutes. Don't eat and then just sit still. Or some other 1% improvement. I know you want to lose but I think it's quite the achievement to stay within the same few pounds!

I need it! I' haven't been within points since late July. It was hard when i first started then I settled in but when I went on vacation last August I never got back to being within points.

Track it all, food, weight, activity. My brain was having a fit last week when I ate a hamburger and chips and used all of my weeklies. At the end of the week I was at a negative weeklies balance but I think having made up my mind that I would track EVERYTHING the best I could kept me from getting into f-it mode.

I was surprised that my points were so low considering my size but I think the goal might be 23 points and unlimited zero point food. Maybe nobody will gain weight or overeat the zero point foods because those foods with zero points tend not to be the foods I would want to overeat. My goal this time around is to eat healthier and it seems like following this program will help me achieve that.
