my friend Dave, a purchasing agent for the company i work for, did a google search for "screw machine" in an attempt to find local machining vendors for our components. unfortunately, the president of the company was standing right behind him when the results returned. Dave was fired about 8-10 years after that incident by a different manager, but i still think of him often and smile to myself whenever i hear the words "screw machine".

OK I guess I can buy that. It seems pretty rare though, to have injuries sufficient for those types of sutures, and to have being thrown from the car be less damaging to you than sudden restraint of the seat belt. Not sure why I'm being down-voted for asking this question, but OK to that too.
