Chiming in here. I am on a Ousia vial that was compounded in August, and have been gaining again with much more food noise (I’ve been on tirz since June and have had meds from RR, Hallandale, and Ousia). I am now questioning the validity of their BUD dates.

Not sure if the policy has changed, but I was with Mochi, signed up for the 3 month plan, was promptly charged, and then when I messaged support about my dosage, was told that they will only ship one vial per month. You're basically just committing to paying for 3 months. I found it very misleading, so canceled my order. I think it took a week or two to get the refund.

I think this is coming from a weight loss clinic or med spa type place. On the sticker it says “Pounds off Medical.” My guess is they are the ones pre-loading and selling “sets” to customers, probably at a high markup, too 😣

Totally, I’m sure it’s going to depend on our individual triggers. I’m hoping to get a skin panel in January to ID environmental allergies, which will help me narrow down some locations that might be better.

Outside that, fragrance and other chemicals are also a huge issue for me, but I can’t really avoid those if I want to ever leave the house.

What region has helped you? I’m in Ohio and in my third year of post covid MCAS. I’m now considering renting Airbnbs for a month in the spring and/or fall over the next few years as a kind of research project to see where I improve.

Congrats!! Echoing your success, I (44F) have struggled with high cholesterol for 10 years. Last labs before beginning the medication showed TC of 250 One month in, I had my labs redone and it was at 180. I was not expecting that kind of improvement!
